Reporting Student Absence:
Our safe arrival program relies on parents to call and let us know if your child will be away or late.
If your child will be absent, PLEASE CONTACT THE SCHOOL before 8:45 am. Our absence line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be reached by calling the office at 604-594-5437 or by emailing at chalmers.elem@deltaschools.ca.
Unexplained absences will require a phone call home from our office staff to ensure the safety of your children. To assist our efforts to protect your child, please ensure that we have your correct phone number for home and work, as well as other emergency contact numbers and email addresses’.
